Brown rice syrup and malted barley syrup with their high glycemic index provide the immediate energy sought in a gel.
Agave syrup provides natural fructose and with its low glycemic index (15) allows a slower release of energy.
Coffee and Guarana bring taste and especially natural caffeine (100mg per gel) for less effort fatigue.
The crystals of Himalayan salts bring electrolytes improving hydration and many trace elements. They also help reduce the risk of cramps.
How to use the product
To consume pure or diluted in water with a gel for 500ml of water DURING the effort.
