Our ORIENTAL TABOULÉ is a tasty complete dish made with wheat semolina, cashew nuts and raisins, mint and spices. Basic for picnics and bivouacs, ultra practical and just delicious.

  1. Add 15cl of cold water to the bag,
  2. Mix and close the bag,
  3. Wait 5 minutes and presto, at the table.

All its ingredients are 100% organic, sourced from fairly et scarefully selected, created et packaged by COOKNRUN in Angers.

How to use : 

  1. Open the bag and unfold it completely so that it lies flat like a soup plate.
  2. Add simmering or cold water depending on your preference. The quantity of water is indicated on the packaging.
  3. Mix the contents well with a spoon then close the bag tightly.
  4. Let sit for the time indicated on the package, stirring the sachet occasionally.
  5. Once the rehydration time has elapsed, open the sachet, mix again and enjoy your meal!

White couscous*, Cashew nuts*, Raisins*, Tabbouleh mix* (sweet mint*, peppermint*, red pepper*, onions*, parsley*), Tomato powder*, Salt.
