How to use the product
- One to three hours before exercise with water to build up reserves and prevent hunger.

As much, the bars hold very well to the stomach and allow you to use them to compensate for the absence of midday meals to eat on itinerant hikes, by eating them little bits by little bits, as much as there remains a "taste" on the almost all of which is not very good in the mouth, it's not peanut butter, it's something else, moreover on the explanatory leaflet provided with the bars, we see that there are plenty of " products" added, so I don't know what to think. They do the job, of course, but it's not very appetizing, my favorite is the blueberry and muesli bars.
