How to use : 

Chimpanzee After Recovery Shake can be consumed:

Mix 35 g of powder in 150-200 ml of any liquid, 60-90 minutes after physical activity.

A 35g serving contains 20g of protein, 8g of carbohydrates, 1,5g of fat and some essential vitamins and minerals.
