How to use the product
A bar every 1h30 of effort, accompanied by still water. And that's all.
Endurance products are rather typical for a long effort, at moderate intensity. These bars are richer in lipids and proteins (10 to 20% more than Performance bars), which mainly come from quality oilseeds (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews).

Simplicity, naturalness, efficiency: Dates *, wild blueberries * 25%, Hazelnut* 14%, apple paste *, quinoa flour *, sunflower protein *, acacia fiber *, olive oil *, fir buds * 0,2%.
