For sports, this puree is the equivalent of an energy gel, but it is an alternative that is both more digestible and much more natural. No added sugar. Just organic fruit sugar!

How to use the product
This puree is ideal for short and intense efforts in addition to Baouw bars.
A puree every 20 to 30 minutes on average depending on the intensity (during exercise, replaces energy gels advantageously and naturally).
To put in your favorite reusable flask.
conservation: after opening, keep 48 hours maximum in the refrigerator.
Storage: away from humidity between 0 and 40 °.
