The Choice of Ingredients:

• La cassava maltodextrin and coconut sugar have a low glycemic index that will bring a carbohydrate recharge. Energy continues.
• The steamed cereals (oats and rice) also provide carbohydrates but also vegetable proteins and dietary fiber.
• L'amande contains essential amino acids.
• La acerola powder : natural vitamin C that helps reduce fatigue.

How to use it:

Mix 60 g (6 doses) by adding, as and when, a small amount of water or vegetable milk until a creamy texture is obtained.

BEFORE THE EFFORT
1 h 30 before training or short-term competition.
Or 2 h to 3 h before a training or endurance competition of long duration (in order to respect the time of digestion and the muscular awakening).

AFTER THE EFFORT
To optimize recovery and at the same dosage (6 doses for 500 ml).

DURING THE EFFORT
During endurance effort you can also use this preparation in liquid energy drink (reduce to 40 g (4 doses)) for a can of 500 ml or cream during your refueling.
