How to use it:
- Take an 250ml shaker after your session.
- If needed, an 2e shaker can also be taken before the session.

Published on 14/09/2021 at 23:10.The taste is not so much "vanilla" but a strong nutty taste. Also, I hadn't paid enough attention to the detail of the label. The protein to carbohydrate ratio is not good. The product contains 25g of protein per serving and only 6g of carbohydrates. However, we know that to synthesize muscles you need proteins but also a ratio twice as large of carbohydrates. In general, we recommend a minimum of 20g of carbohydrates and 10g of protein in order to maximize muscle synthesis.
