CLA (or conjugated linoleic acid in French), is an essential fatty acid from the Omega 6 family. Naturally present in certain foods such as chicken, cheeses or vegetable oils, CLA has the function of destocking fats.

CLA is involved in different weight loss processes:

• First, it inhibits an enzyme involved in the transfer of fat to adipocytes (storage site). It therefore limits the storage of fat during excess food.
• Then, it plays a role in the activation of lipolysis (fat degradation phenomenon). It therefore facilitates the destocking of fats which can more easily be used during exercise.

How to use it:

A daily dose of 5 capsules of CLA, to be divided into 2 doses during meals, with a glass of water:

Training day:

• 2 capsules in the morning
• 3 capsules 1h30 before exercise

Day off:

• 2 capsules in the morning
• 3 capsules at noon
