When you play sports, it is important to anticipate the pump and boost your energy before it is too late. The APURNA energy bars will give you carbohydrates and vitamins to help you stay the distance!
Why an energy bar?
When doing sports it is important toanticipate the pump stroke and boost your energy before it's too late. For this your body needs:
- CARBOHYDRIDES : to maintain your glucose level without drawing on your reserves (muscles and liver) and thus prolong the duration of the effort
- VITAMINS AND MINERALS :
- la vitamin B1 which contribute to normal energy metabolism
- le zinc which helps fight oxidative stress
- le magnesium which helps reduce fatigue
- le sodium which contributes to a good distribution of water in the body
How to use it:
- During the sport take a bar every 45 minutes to 1 time of effort. This can be a replacement for energy gels
- Before or after the sport take a bar in energy snack
