The advantages of the product:

- Propolis contains sanitizing, anti-bacterial and purifying active ingredients highlighted by Dr. Sauvager (pharmacist).

• Propolis, the other treasure of the hive is a set of resinous substances collected by the bees from the trees to seal their hive, protect it, clean it up (to embalm any intruders: field mice, etc....). Its sanitizing properties are known and widely used in the pharmacopoeia.
• An ally when the body is tired, weakened, in everyday life, or heavily used during more advanced training.

How to use it: 

1 teaspoon per day, in the morning. 

When to consume it?

• in cure during the winter to stay in shape
• For athletes, 10 days before a competition during the sharpening phase

For a tasty mix, ally of your immunity, we recommend that you taste a small spoon every morning, as a cure for 10 to 15 days
