Natural ENERGY DRINK + 10 Honey Sticks
This velvety preparation for a natural energy drink is very well tolerated and easy to assimilate which will provide you with the energy necessary for long-term efforts.
Made from pre-cooked oats, dates, frozen freeze-dried Sicilian lemon with raw honey.
10 doses for 500ml in this bulk sachet.
Most produced:
- 25g of carbohydrates for 500ml, including an interesting contribution of fructose promoting the absorption of sugars during exercise, 1g of salt
- Digestible, with a neutral taste for good tolerance and avoiding nausea in the long term
- Precooked oats: very digestible and energetic with low GI complex carbohydrates
- Dates: contains anti-oxidants, potassium, magnesium (47,2 mg) and calcium (44,9 mg) per 100 grams.
- Honey: cold extract, preserved nutrients, contribution of natural sugars with a low glycemic index, through the natural fructose content

How to use the product
BEFORE THE EFFORT
As a snack, such as an energy cream with 200 to 300ml of water depending on the desired consistency
DURING THE EFFORT
- in flask or 500ml can
- for cycling or running efforts (trail/marathon) beyond 2/3 hours, 500ml every hour.
Instructions:
1. Put 250ml of water in your 500ml flask/can
2. Pour the powdered energy drink mixture and add the honey (1 stick of 20g or a tablespoon)
3. Finish filling your flask with water.
