How to use the product
When to consume it:
- for efforts beyond 2/3 hours, every hour alternating with sweets, to avoid fatigue
- after a demanding session, to promote muscle recovery
How to alternate/consume honey sticks and bars:
The sticks can be consumed both during short and long efforts alternating with the bars in order to avoid fatigue. Contribution every 30 to 40min according to the intensity of the effort.
