These bars are the result of a collaboration with a marathon pastry chef, committed like us to offering you short circuit products: French hazelnuts, Breton honey and French chia seeds for nutritional quality at the appointment.
Carbohydrate intake (sugars) thanks to honey therefore optimized glycemia, energy in the short and in the long term.
Supply of lipids (fats) thanks to almond and hazelnut oilseeds, these 2 nuts are rich in omega 9, it is a fatty acid which promotes the reduction of bad cholesterol in favor of the increase of good cholesterol and thus ensures a protection of the cardiovascular system. In addition, there is also a significant intake of magnesium and calcium, minerals which partly regulate muscle contraction and therefore limit the appearance of cramps during and after exercise.
Chia seeds are also rich in good fats and proteins, they will allow a better recovery after the effort and also avoid the loss of muscle mass which can be observed during very long effort beyond 2h30/3h
How to alternate/consume sticks, fruit jellies and bars:
The sticks and fruit jellies can be consumed both during short and long efforts, alternating with the bars in order to avoid fatigue. Contribution every 30 to 40min according to the intensity of the effort.

How to use the product
The bars will be interesting during a longer effort. A bar every hour during the effort, they can also be consumed in 2 or 3 times during the hour if you have little or no appetite. I also recommend them after a sports session, in the 30 minutes that follow in order to optimize the assimilation of the nutrients they provide and all the more so if the next full meal cannot be done within the hour following the effort.
