It is common knowledge that caffeine boosts mental alertness and can delay fatigue. The effective dose of caffeine is usually between 1 and 6 mg per kg of body weight. Chewing ensures that the caffeine is absorbed directly through the oral mucosa. Performance is significantly improved within 15-20 minutes of consumption.

How to use : 

Take one piece of gum or the amount recommended by your nutritionist 20-60 minutes before exercise. Chew for at least 10 minutes.
