Recovery Drink (50g) - Chocolate

After exercise, it is essential to recover as soon as possible to assimilate the training and have the next day a 100% performance.

Recovery Drink is a milkshake to take at the end of the workout.  It is formulated with amylopectin (from potato starch) and proteins concentrated in GRASS FED whey with high biological value, because it comes from grass-fed cows, without the addition of antibiotics or growth hormones. The biological characteristics of whey peptides are therefore preserved, with the provision of all the essential amino acids necessary for growth and the non-alteration of physiological functions.

Recovery Drink contains approximately 40% of the best proteins, which is equivalent to 20-22 g of protein per serving, which helps to maintain muscle mass and maintain bones in normal conditions.

It provides an approximate 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrates, xxxxxx is formulated this way because after training it is common to eat foods high in carbohydrates such as fruits, oatmeal , energy bars... And protein intake is neglected, which is why Recovery Drink maintains this 1:1 ratio.

How to use : 

Dilute 1 sachet of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume 500 ml up to 45 minutes after exercise For perfect dilution, it is recommended to add one part of water, the product and stir vigorously, then complete the mixture with water.
