Energy gel with cyclodextrin, a latest-generation carbohydrate that renews glycogen much more effectively.

• This gel provides sustained release energy, perfect during and after exercise.
• There are fewer insulin spikes, which promotes the use of glucose for cellular processes over a shorter period of time, while maintaining blood sugar levels for longer.
• Rapid gastric emptying thanks to a large molecular weight and low osmolarity, which promotes digestion and reduces gastrointestinal side effects.
• Does not prevent fat burning.

In the form of a 76 g, 200 kcal stick, each gel contains 50 g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio for simple and complex carbohydrates.

How to use : 

You can consume up to 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300ml of water. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.
