SUB 9 ENERGY DRINK. Energy product specifically designed for training and competitions lasting more than 4 hours (e.g., ultra-trails, long-distance triathlon, road or off-road stage cycling races).

This innovative product provides enough carbohydrates to guarantee the energy needed for sports activities, as well as fast-absorbing proteins and 8:1:1 BCAAs. It also provides sodium, the mineral most consumed by our body during exercise.

• Whey protein isolate Several studies have shown that consuming a mixture of high glycemic index carbohydrates such as amylopectin, combined with whey protein isolate, improves performance during long-duration sports and prolongs effort until exhaustion.
• BCAAs (8.1.1) + tyrosineBy increasing the consumption of branched-chain amino acids such as leucine (8.1.1) and adding tyrosine, the reduction of precursors of key neurotransmitters such as dopamine is avoided.
• Taurine + L-carnitineTaurine possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and it increases lipid oxidation as an energy substrate. Combined with carnitine to improve its transport to the mitochondria, it promotes fat utilization and preserves glycogen stores, key elements for endurance sports. How to use : 

For its preparation, add a little water to the bottle, dissolve the powder in the sachet, shake vigorously and fill with water as much as possible.

• Before the effort : To replenish mineral salt reserves (500 ml during the hour preceding exercise).
• During the effort : Training or competitions lasting more than 4 hours (500 ml / hour).
