How to use : 

Our hydration tablets are effervescent and can be diluted in a 500 to 750 ml bottle of water, depending on the desired taste and conditions. One tube contains 12 tablets, or approximately 12 cans. Easy to carry in a bag or pocket to recharge during training. No need to use mineral water in addition to a tablet, tap water is enough.
The tablets can be used before, during and after exercise to ensure optimal hydration. Be careful though, the pastilles are devoid of carbohydrates and should not be considered as an exercise drink; it is only a hydration solution.
