Tolerance & ingredients

The gels Liquid Energy containisomaltulose, compatible with a Lactose intolerance or celiac disease.
In case of fructose intolerance, it is recommended test tolerance in small quantities.

Recommended use

• 120 to 180 ml per hour, depending on the intensity
