Range Squeezy Energy Gel offers several recipes to adapt to all digestive profiles :

• Salty Caramel : containsisomaltulose, compatible with lactose intolerance and celiac disease

In case of fructose intolerance, it is advisable to test tolerance in small quantities.

Recommended use

The needs vary depending on the intensity (GA1 / GA2), the terrain and the profile of the athlete.

• 2 to 3 Energy Gels per hour of exertion

• ≈ 42 to 63 g of carbohydrates / hour

• Each gel must be followed by 150 to 250 ml of water

After 90 minutes of exertion, the body can no longer meet its energy needs on its own. Squeezy Energy Gel then provides complex carbohydrates and minerals, maintaining performance and, depending on the version, offering a mental boost thanks to caffeine.
