This bar is composed mainly of oatmeal, a source of complex carbohydrates andunsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients:
Oat flakes (37%), lemon icing (20%) (sugar, palm oil, water, dextrose, fructose, emulsifier (sucrose ester of fatty acids), salt, natural flavoring, acidity regulators (citric acid | Glucono delta-lactone), Preservative (potassium sorbate), Color (lutein)), golden syrup, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, natural flavoring), raw cane sugar, poppy (2%), natural lemon flavoring.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame.
