C30 Unflavored Energy Gel is the next generation of energy gels. Formulated with a 2:1 carbohydrate blend (glucose/fructose), our C30 energy gels provide 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and 200mg of sodium, with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal upset. It is the only unflavored gel containing 200mg of sodium per gel.

How to use the product

Consume 1 to 3 C30 energy gels per hour of exercise, depending on your needs.
