One bar per hour during the effort period.
Colissimo / Mondial Relay: if order before 12:00 am, departure the same day (except Mondial Relay on Monday - no transport)
GLS at home: if order before 12 p.m. departure the same day

Published on 16/06/2022 at 20:38.Used once in training (6h drive under 28 degrees). The taste and texture are pleasant. Neither too sweet nor too salty. Also nutritious. Downside: the bars melt under the effect of heat. Not practical in movement on the bike, I had chocolate on my fingers and in my jersey. Quite disappointed from this point of view (when you put that price you want a top product). So average rating.

Published on 05/03/2021 at 17:14.my favorite bars are the salty ones! an extra taste and a pleasant texture in the mouth. The strawberry and banana bars aren't bad at all either!! The others I'm a little less of a fan of the texture but it's still a good taste in the mouth. Frankly it feels good on the bike during a 100 120 endurance ride.
