How to use :

* On the day of the competition/race, it is advisable to drink Carbo-Gy during the meal preceding the competition/race. As a cold drink or in the form of hot fruity tea.
**During competition and training, Carbo-Gy is suitable for consumption in cold weather and when there is little time to drink and eat.
