How to use :
The Gainer Bar is an ideal way to supplement your calorie and protein intake throughout the day.
Depending on your weight, consume 1 to 2 bars/day; for optimal mass gain, it is necessary to increase your daily calorie intake in addition to regular sports practice.
Example of use: :
- On sports days: consume 1 bar around 10:00 am and 1 bar within 30 minutes of your workout.
- On rest days: consume 1 bar as a snack around 4pm
It is perfectly possible to combine or alternate the consumption of Gainer Bars and Gainer Max in order to reach your calorie goals during the day.
