WHAT ARE BCAA 8-1-1? 

The BCAA These are the three amino acids known as "branched-chain amino acids," which are predominant in muscle tissue: valine, the leucine and the  isoleucineThese amino acids are called essential because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be obtained through food or nutritional supplements.

How to use : 

10g to be diluted in 450ml of water 1.5 hours before training or after training with a large glass of water. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition for 20 days, to be repeated at a minimum interval of 20 days. Close tightly after opening. Store away from heat and humidity.
