How to use : 

• BEFORE THE EFFORT

  The bar can be consumed as a snack 1 hour before training or a competition in energy charge (in 1 socket).

• WHILE THE EFFORT

  To take regularly (every 15 minutes for long efforts) in small portions, alternating with other ATLET bars or compote. Consume with water
  
  

• APRES THE EFFORT

  The bar is to be consumed as close as possible to the effort (within 30 minutes) to replenish energy reserves (carbohydrate and sodium losses).

  This bar can also be eaten for a healthy snack at any time of the day.
