Energy Drink is a gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free energy drink. It is a multivitamin and mineral complex, ensuring all vitamin and mineral needs are met during exercise.

Energy Drink is the perfect drink to consume during workouts, wherever carbohydrate intake is needed. It also reduces fatigue and improves performance thanks to the functional ingredients in its formula.

- Its main advantage: it provides energy without sugar. Each ration contains 45g of carbohydrates from potato starch (amylopectin). The latter has 2 major advantages compared to other ingredients commonly used in energy drinks:

• Gastric emptying up to 80% faster.
• Up to 70% faster glycogen turnover due to its high availability.

- This drink contains 250 mg of L-carnitine, which comes from L-carnitine-L-tartrate, a stabilized form of L-carnitine. L-carnitine-L-tartrate has a slightly faster absorption rate than other forms of L-carnitine. 

• L-carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids to cell mitochondria, increasing energy supply to the muscle and enhancing blood flow to the area.
• It increases the production of ketones which prevent protein catabolism.
• It conserves muscle glucose and glycogen. The result: better performance, faster recovery, and less muscle tissue damage. 

- It provides 250 mg of taurine, an amino acid that plays an important role in the immune system while contributing to the body's antioxidant power. Taurine is essential for optimal energy metabolism, which will allow food to be transformed into energy.

How to use : 

Dilute 4 measures (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150-200ml every 15/20 minutes, before and during exercise.

• Before the effort : Prior function: renewal of glycogen reserves (before exercise).
• During the effort : Training or competition between 90 minutes and 4 hours maximum (500 ml / hour).
