👉 The duration
    • 1 to 3 weeks
The sharpening zone can be longer or shorter depending on the level of training and fatigue of the athlete, as well as the type of competition to be prepared (cross country, 10 km, half-marathon, marathon, 100 km, trail, ultra-trail…).
👉 Practical details

👉 En conclusion
These general tips allow you to give some ideas to model your training in the days preceding a competition.
