Designed for sport use, Energy Bar has been used for long-distance triathlons, enduro mountain biking, multi-day endurance races, cycle-sport races, hiking, pole trekking, paddling Pacific crossings and swimming competitions. It is also very good as part of a carbohydrate-based diet (carbo-loading).
How to use the product
One bar per hour during exercise.
Ingredients
Dried Fruits 45% (Sultanas, Dates, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil), Peanuts 38%, Sunflower Seeds, Humectant (Vegetable Glycerol), Oats 1%, Maltodextrin.
