Energy Gel (40g) - Strawberry-Lime

Energy Gel is the basis of the new approach of GoldNutrition gels. This gel quickly provides 25g of easily digestible carbohydrates, obtained by the combination of maltodextrin and fructose, which reduces the sugar content by amount of total carbohydrates. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose lowers osmolality, which aids digestion and reduces the risk of intestinal upset during training or competitions.

Thanks to its composition with rapidly absorbed carbohydrates and 50 mg of sodium, Energy Gel works as an essential element for endurance training, favoring the postponement of fatigue and maintaining performance for a longer period.

How to use it:
