Hima Paka is a gentle infusion that calms the acidity, irritation and bitterness of those with a sensitive digestive system. Digestion will then be more efficient and allow better assimilation of nutrients. Hima Paka lubricates an overly dry intestinal membrane and quenches thirst. It can be taken at any time of the day, preferably before meals.

Synergy sweet and bitter Hima Paka is the good companion of a sensitive digestive system. It lines the intestinal membrane to calm irritation of the intestine and reduce its acidity. Its bitterness dries up and then cools the irritated intestinal membrane to force it to recreate itself healthy. At the same time, it helps calm gastritis and acid reflux.
Hima Paka, by drying out the intestinal mucous membranes, also expels Āma from the digestive system and reduces the symptoms of a sensitive digestive system as well as its acidity.
Thus Hima Paka restores Agni and reduces his irritability in order to soothe the digestive system as a whole.

founded on the principles of Ayurvedic herbalism or "Dravya Guṇa", Hima Paka is a synergy of plants which decreases Pitta while promoting the digestive fire, Agni. Pitta is associated with Agni: Pitta is the vehicle of Agni while Agni is an energy that resides in Pitta. Pitta, made up of water and fire, is slightly oily in nature while Agni is dry. Although having an aggravated Pitta we can paradoxically have a bad digestive fire.

If Pitta is balanced, Agni becomes more efficient. And if Agni deconstructs and transforms the food correctly, it will help nourish the different Pitta of the body. A balanced Agni (Samana Agni) will allow the creation of Āma to be avoided.

Taste:

  • Rasa (taste): sweet, bitter and sour.
  • Guṇa (quality): balanced, neither light nor heavy, neither dry nor smooth.
  • Vīrya (energy): slightly cold.
  • Vipāka (result): spicy.

Preparation:

  • Use a sachet of Hima Paka for 200ml of boiling water.
  • Let steep for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Drink a cup before or outside of meals in small sips.
  • Can be taken with a tablespoon per cup of organic pomegranate juice infusion.
