The ATLET cashew and pistachio salty bar is made from 100% organic products selected with care.
No addition of unnecessary ingredients (additive, preservative, load agent ...).
Texture and flavor to reconcile performance and pleasure.

The Choice of Ingredients:

How to use it:
BEFORE THE EFFORT
The bar can be consumed in snack 1h before a training or a competition in load energetic (in 1 taken).
DURING THE EFFORT
To be taken regularly (all 15 minutes for long efforts) by small portion alternating with the other bars ATLET or the compote. To consume with water.
AFTER THE EFFORT
The bar is to be consumed as close as possible to the effort (in the 30 minutes) to recharge the energy reserves (carbohydrate, sodium and lipid losses).
