- CARBOHYDRIDES : to maintain your glucose level without drawing on your reserves (muscles and liver) and thus prolong the duration of the effort

- VITAMINS AND MINERALS :

• especially vitamins B2, B3, B6 and C that help reduce fatigue
• the vitamins C and E that help protect cells against oxidative stress

How to use it:

• During the sport take a bar every 45 minutes to 1 time of effort. It can be a substitute for energy gels
• Before or after the sport take a bar in energy snack
