How many carbohydrates do I need?
During intense activity, carbohydrates are your body’s main source of energy, and you can absorb more per hour if you get them from a dual source. As a general rule, aim for around 30-60g of carbohydrates per hour for activities lasting 1-3 hours, and 90-120g of carbohydrates per hour for activities lasting more than 4 hours. Can be easily combined with MIX60 to achieve a target of 90g for tougher sessions.

1:0,8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose
