Energy Drink Caffeine is a scientifically formulated solution of carbohydrates, caffeine and electrolyte to help you maintain your performance and improve your hydration during endurance exercises.

During endurance exercise, your body needs carbohydrates to conserve energy. You can also get dehydrated if you do not replace water and electrolytes lost through sweating. Energy Drink Caffeine is a variation of our energy drink with added caffeine. 

Research on traditional sports drinks suggests that you can only consume 60g of carbohydrates per hour, however, because Energy Drink Caffeine is a 2: 1 fructose blend, you can consume much more carbohydrates - up to 90g per hour actually. That means you get 50% more energy!

Energy Drink is designed to be taken before et during the exercise.

How to use the product

• Mix 47 g powder in 500 mL of water (ie 2 pods)
• Drink 150-250 ml every 20 minutes during the sport.
• To consume before and during the sport.

The electrolyte level in Energy Drink should be sufficient for most competitive conditions. However, when temperatures are high and you sweat more than usual, we recommend adding a lozenge HIGH5 ZERO Citrus to Energy Drink to give you even more energy.

Maltodextrin, fructose 32%, food acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium citrates, potassium citrate), natural flavors, sodium chloride, caffeine.
