Conceived in the Baouw Pro Kitchen by the duo Yoann Conte (2 Michelin star chef) et Benoît Nave (sports nutritionist), this puree embodies the perfect marriage between gastronomy and athletic performance.
Its smooth texture and slightly salty taste make it an ideal alternative for athletes looking to avoid becoming sick of sweetness during long events (trail running, ultramarathon, cycling, triathlon…).
How to use it:
This puree is ideal for long-term efforts in addition to Baouw bars.
A puree every 30 to 40 minutes on average depending on the intensity.
Conservation : after opening, keep 48 hours maximum in the refrigerator.
Storage : away from humidity between 0 and 40 °.

Sweet potato puree * 73,27%, orange juice *, carrot puree * 6,65%, sweet potato flour * 4,89%, extra virgin olive oil *, passion fruit juice * , Guérande salt 0,5%, tarragon powder *, turmeric powder *, timut pepper powder * 0,05%, concentrated lemon juice *.
