The formula UC-II® Collagen is a proprietary formula of undenatured type II collagen from chicken cartilage, which has shown positive effects on cartilage recovery at 40mg per day.

Type II collagen, or undenatured collagen, is the main component found in cartilage. Supplementation with this type of collagen is a way to help the body restore joint collagen and, through a process of desensitizing the immune system to stop this attack, restore joint integrity and mobility.
This formula has also been enriched with essential vitamins and minerals for the protection and formation of cartilage.

Usage tips:
Take 1 capsule daily, with water, before bedtime. This product is safe to take continuously for periods of 4-6 months, with the minimum recommended dose being 4 months and the maximum dose being 24 months.
