Breakfast - Grilled Banana Porridge (125g)

A hearty breakfast of organic oatmeal porridge, served with caramelized banana, coconut, raw cacao nibs and a squeeze of lime juice.

Our Grilled Banana Porridge is inspired by French Caribbean cuisine and has become one of Firepot's favorite morning dishes. We ripen our bananas at home for maximum flavor, then caramelize them in brown sugar, adding a layer of freshly squeezed lime juice for a subtle kick. We then add rye flakes and raw cacao nibs for extra crunch, before incorporating organic rolled oats for a creamy finish.

How to use it : 

Add approximately 400ml of boiling water to the bag. Close it and leave to macerate for 15 minutes. Mix before serving. 

Ingredients: 

Fresh bananas (45%), organic rolled oats (35%), desiccated coconut (7%), Demerara sugar (6%), lime juice, rye flakes, coconut oil, cocoa flakes (2,5%), coconut oil, lime zest.
