How to use the product

✓ SPORTS :
Purees are ideal for sports. With your mash, you can also:
- prepare an outing by taking it 30min before and avoid a spike in blood sugar,
- during the effort to support your performance,
- after the effort to recover energy.

1 puree (270 kcal) = 2h to 2h30 of effort

✓ WELL-BEING / SUGAR-FREE AND KETO DIETS:
This mashed breakfast will have a quick effect and appetite suppressant;
In the afternoon at snack time, it will prevent you from having a blood sugar peak;
And for dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, mixed in a natural yoghurt for example.

Do not forget to knead the pouch before opening in order to homogenize the puree as well as possible.

To be consumed in one or more times thanks to its resealable cap.

Once opened, we advise to consume the contents of the pouch within 30 days to preserve all the taste qualities and to store it in a dry and cool place.
