Our red cranberries (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) are wild and organic. Lingonberry is a high-fiber, low-fat fruit that contains vitamins C and E. Additionally, lingonberry is packed with health-promoting compounds like polyphenols, antioxidants, and minerals.

Our cranberries (Vaccinium oxycoccos) are organic and rich in fiber as well as a wide range of micronutrients and vitamins, including vitamin A and carotenoids, vitamin E, vitamin K, and vitamin C. In addition, the berry contains anthocyanins and various flavonoids that act as antioxidants, just like vitamins. The tart taste of cranberries comes from their various natural acids, such as malic, citric, and benzoic acids.
How to use :
Harctic berry powders can be easily added to smoothies, yogurts, cereals, muesli and oat porridges.
One tablespoon of berry powder is equivalent to about 90g of fresh berries. We recommend using 1-2 teaspoons of berry powders daily.
Berry powders are a great addition to bread dough, pies, cakes or buns. The powders can be used as a natural coloring in baking, as well as for decorating and coating preparations. Healthier delicacies and snacks (ice cream, energy balls, marmalade, jelly, coated truffles, flavored chocolate) are delicious when prepared with berry powders!
After opening, close the bag tightly and store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
