DIGESTIVE AND ENERGETIC: Its very high honey content which contains fructose and glucose, the slow sugars contained in rye flour make it a digestible and quickly assimilated breakfast; ideal before or the snack of choice during a competition.

How to use it: 

• 1h30 before exercise: breakfast on its own, to be consumed with your usual drink or as a snack; ideal because of rapid digestion due to its high honey content;
• Every 3/4 hours during exercise: in the form of individual pieces that you will have previously cut and wrapped in an Apiwrap.
