Whey protein isolate is one of the purest forms of protein, with rapid digestion and high absorption. It contains 25g protein per serving and is low in carbohydrates, fats and sugars.

How to use : 

Take 1 serving per day (30g), before and/or after training, or as a snack to supplement protein intake. You can take up to 2 servings per day.

To prepare a portion, add three measures (30 g) to 200 ml of water, shake well and serve. You can take 1 or 2 shakes a day, without a specific schedule. It is recommended to use it before or after training or simply as a snack. It can be consumed from 16 years old, adapting the portions.

Lacprodan SP-9226 Instant (MILK PROTEIN isolate, emulsifier (SOY lecithin)) [89%], fat-reduced cocoa powder [7%], natural flavouring, salt, flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose).
