Isogel (60ml) - Lemon-Lime

During exercise, the combined ingestion of water and energy gels is often overlooked. Sometimes athletes simply forget to drink, or the situation does not always allow for a combined intake. If the gels are consumed without enough water, a concentrated mixture of carbohydrates enters the stomach. The highly concentrated contents of the stomach, with high osmolality, slow gastric emptying and, therefore, the rate of absorption. Therefore, it is also more likely that gastrointestinal disorders will occur.

6D ISOGEL contains only 20g of carbohydrates from a carefully selected form of maltodextrin with a very high molecular weight. Therefore, 6D ISOGEL is already isotonic in itself. This allows for faster absorption than most other gels. A second advantage is the fact that 6D ISOGEL does not require combined ingestion with water to obtain an isotonic solution.

In short, 6D ISOGEL is the ideal choice for athletes who cannot/want to consume water at the same time and/or during (intensive) exercise of short duration (1-2 hours).

How to use : 

Use 1-3 gels per hour of exercise, depending on duration and intensity of exercise.

Although 6D ISOGEL is already isotonic on its own, it is still important to stay hydrated.
