Sub9 Race Day Energy Drink (88g) - Lemon

Sub9 Race Day is currently the energy sports drink that provides the most carbohydrates per serving. To be able to assimilate its 82 g of carbohydrates and its 332 kcal, the project was to obtain a drink with low osmolarity using as main components the cyclodextrin and Palatinose, next-generation carbohydrates that improve glycogen replenishment.

She practically brings 1g of BCAAs in an 8:1:1 ratio, with extra leucine per dose. The combination of these essential amino acids is perfect for resistance sports.

It contains 230 mg of L-carnitine from L-carnitine L-tartrate which is a stabilized form of L-carnitine. It has a slightly higher absorption rate than other forms of L-carnitine.

• It helps transport long-chain fatty acids to cellular mitochondria, increasing energy delivery to muscles and promoting greater local blood flow.
• Increases the production of ketones which prevent protein catabolism.
• Allows you to spend less glucose and muscle glycogen, improving performance, recovery and reducing muscle tissue damage.

At high temperatures and humidity, it is possible to take a sodium supplement preferably in the form of capsules, at the rate of 1 g of sodium per liter of water.

How to use : 

For its preparation, add a little water to the bottle, dissolve the powder in the sachet, shake vigorously and fill with water as much as possible.
