Vary your training sessions during (re) containment

Reminder: in this period of Covid-19 do not exceed your limits - STAY BELOW 80% of your usual capacity. So practice these exercises in a spirit of "lightness" and fun rather than performance.

It is not always easy to stay motivated to practice your workouts during containment.

Doing the same workout repeatedly can eventually become boring and potentially counterproductive as the body gets used to the same movements.

Here are some free exercise videos on YouTube that can spice up your workout routine. The videos are a mixture of cardio (light) and Full Body exercises that require little or no equipment.

These videos vary in difficulty and approach and some can also be made with the family :-)
