  • Raspberry-Strawberry-Basil puree
Smoothed energy (without a blood sugar spike so without a backlash), quickly assimilated by the body, even if we remain on very moderate glycemic indexes.
“As we worked on the fruit in the form of purees, we increased the glycemic index a little compared to the fruit itself, so it's interesting for sport, but it remains a low GI (below 50 ) ”Says nutritionist Baouw.

  • Mashed Sweet Potato
Our most energetic puree (equivalent to a Baouw bar in carbohydrates), ideal when the "sweet" taste * is not desired or more tolerated. Very rich in antioxidants thanks to sweet potato, orange, carrot and olive oil.
