When to eat our energy compotes * (* purees without added sugars)?
- Raspberry-Strawberry-Basil puree
Smoothed energy (without a blood sugar spike so without a backlash), quickly assimilated by the body, even if we remain on very moderate glycemic indexes.
“As we worked on the fruit in the form of purees, we increased the glycemic index a little compared to the fruit itself, so it's interesting for sport, but it remains a low GI (below 50 ) ”Says nutritionist Baouw.
- Pear-Apple-Mint Puree
Smoothed energy (without a blood sugar spike and therefore without a backlash), quickly assimilated by the body, even if we remain on moderate glycemic indexes.

- Mashed Sweet Potato

As part of monitoring your weight or your figure, it can be gluttony that you take without feeling guilty at all. Favor Raspberry, in this specific case. (The nutritionist Baouw is not at all in favor of the idea of “diet”. But if you are careful, then this Raspberry-Strawberry-Basil puree is really your slimming ally! So if we want to “crack” without feeling guilty , she is the one we choose).

Pear-Apple-Mint, Raspberry-Strawberry-Basil and, for the Guérande salt puree, Sweet potato-Carrot-Pepper Timut, our three energy compotes (no added sugars) for this brand new range born last June. The recipes were imagined by our chef Yoann Conte, double Michelin star. His Maison Bleue is located on the shores of Lake Annecy (on the right, in this photo).
