How to use : 

The PF 300 Flow gel allows you to easily transfer 300 g of fuel into a single bottle or flask. This is equivalent to 10 PF 30 gels, or just over 3 PF 90 gels.

It has been developed to flow more freely than our standard gel, so there is no need to add water. Simply transfer it to your bottle and sip it to achieve your goals.

Flow gel works best with a Flow bottle or Flow bottle. Use the graduated scale on the side to easily track how much fuel you're taking in. We tested hundreds of bottles and flasks to find the one that provides the best flow rate.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children.

This product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
