How to use :
How to prepare your Hydrascore N°9 isotonic drink?
Pour 2 measuring spoons of powdered preparation, or 40g, into 460ml of water and mix until completely dispersed. During exercise, consume 500ml to 1L of preparation per hour, in small sips.
For ease of dosing and dilution, use la Hydrascore gourd.
How to store your isotonic preparation once diluted?
The prepared drink must be drunk within the same day of its preparation.
How to store your jar of isotonic powder preparation?
Store the jar closed in a cool, dry place.
Isotonic drink: what precautions should be taken?
It is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume this product in excessive quantities.
